With the Status Pro Flange package, when measuring the flatness and/or twist on circular planes for flanges, you do not have to adjust your reference laser plane parallel to the flange plane. This makes your measuring task very easy and practical for your flange application. All measurements are displayed in 3-D color. You can rotate the 3D image to get the best view.

Mount the T310 on the flange with a bolt hole adapter or outside on a tripod. Measure as many points as you want in any order. Use a 3 point reference, or use a best fit mode to calculate the least amount of correction.
Large diameters flanges are physically challenging in themselves. If you are working from a ladder, you don't want to be forced to measure in a certain order. Using ProFlange, you may take as many points as you need in any order.
Required Hardware
We recommend the use of the R310 single axis receiver, a T310 rotating laser and the ProFlangeV2 software for measuring the Flatness of Flanges.
