KX-2500LRS Pulley Partner® – Long Range System

The Pulley Partner Long Range System® (LRS), our exclusive patented laser pulley alignment system, provides a fast, easy and cost effective way to more accurately align your sprockets and belt-driven equipment. The Pulley Partner LRS® is perfect for long-range applications, from 6 inches to 15 feet or better. It uses proven reflected laser beam technology that enhances your angular resolution and ease of use.

KX-2500EC Pulley Partner EC® Economy System

This fully upgradeable tool, Pulley Partner EC®, mounts to any pulley/sheave, timing belt drive or to sprocket drives with the extra strong magnetic bracket. The Pulley Partner® transmitter projects a bright laser reference line to the 3 visible targets to check for offset, vertical and horizontal misalignment in seconds. The Pulley Partner EC® is fully upgradeable to the Pulley Partner package (KX-2500UPGRADE). This unique upgrade program allows the user to take full advantage of our patented reflected laser beam technology. This method is 20 times more accurate than any other target method.

KX-3500 Pulley PRO "Green"®

The Pulley Pro Green laser pulley alignment tool is powerful, rugged and durable. The unit magnetically attaches to the inside or outside face of any pulley or sprocket and has no small parts to get lost. We use proven reflected beam technology for maximum angular resolution; thus providing you with the most reliable and accurate readings that no other laser pulley alignment tool or method can match. Using the latest in Green laser diode technology makes our green laser line 10x’s brighter to the operator than a red laser line.

SX-5100 RollCheck® -Parallel Roll Alignment

RollCheck®, is a visual tool to speed-up the replacement of rolls in the processing industry. Patented reflected beam technology provides an effective, fast and simple way to measure and correct vertical angle (pitch) and horizontal angle (parallelism) between the rolls.

A Laser emitter mounted on a reference roll projects two Class 2 fanned 635nm laser lines onto the Reflector unit mounted on the roll to be measured and adjusted, allowing the operator to view the alignment condition.

RollCheck® eliminates cumbersome trial and error adjustments leading to scrap, loss of time and output reduction. Simplicity of operation makes it the ideal tool for roll maintenance.

Line Laser Systems

The LLG-1500 and VS-2000 Line Laser Alignment System has a machined aluminum housing and a very durable powder coat painted finish. Our systems are completely waterproof, shockproof and dust proof with an environmental protection rating of IP 67. The LLG-1500 System is powered by an AC adaptor with an output of 4.5 volts DC at 700mA.
